City Away From The City
I live in the city
With a dusty feet on a fancy sidewalk
I watch the rich
With a certain wish and a nasty side talk
I stare at their daughters
Shielding my fears with my lusty eyeballs
I miss my mom
Her cooking with wood and her ashy tripod
A city divided
Like classes of food drawn on a hungry drywall
Segregated
Like sunlight drawn from a raspy nightfall
So I watch the city afar
Like I'm hiding from an angry shylock
I live in the city
Away from the city like simba from a scar'y pride rock
