The webs we know are electronic 

In a world where spiders are 'pesticided' 

We make homes of its pages 

And call it Homepage 

This new home 

A virtual world we neglect our world for 

This web 

We call it world web 

Putting our time on Timelines 

Making posts our post 

Leaving images on those virtual walls  

Then call it wall post 

Loosing our lives to its life 

And our means of doing things in plural; media 

Then stealing our social lives 

So we call it Social Media
