Sally Island 6

He transformed into some kinda being they haven't seen before. Legs stretched out with muscles popping out, arms with claws huge enough to be twice the size of a human. Still shaped like a man but with legs of a donkey with multiplied energy. This was one of those beings from the under world that lurk the Island as humans. It was common in Sally Island, they were called the Mutubu, a Mutubu according to them were spiritual beings who were on earth to either bless or curse, or simply on a mission or running away from a situation in their world. The boy totally transformed and started grabbing the youths and ripping them apart dumping them into the giant bucket he had. Ono and Ini managed to get away, and somehow within the week, the story got around the village placing her as the prime person that caused the Mutubu to transform and start attacking the youths on the beach. Since then their mother never let them out of the house any more, especially Ono. 

Eve was assigned all the work in the house, every given work and the little girls makes extra effort to heed every said instruction. Ono wasn't happy girl at the other hand, most of the times due to the fact she can't step out of the house, she would easily rebel in previous times on a different level, but it's even risky for her to step out of the house. Knowing that Most of the families that lost a child that the beach in the island were out to get her and were simply waiting for a good shot, and seeing her outside her home would be the best opportunity for them being that they can't attack her in her crowded neighborhood. Like a chained dog let loose in a fenced yard, Ono took her anger and caged frustration out mostly on Eve. Making it even harder for her to clean the house and do other chores which were really a lot at ease. She would walk past Eve each time she was almost done cleaning the house and kick over the bucket of water spilling it all over the house making her start cleaning all over again. Eve didn't mind, she was happy she had a home and a roof over her head, she didn't even know how to be sad or share the luxury of being able to complain.

She wouldn't still rest after cleaning the house the whole day, she would want to blink an eye in sleep and the girls mother will come back from work with a list of fresh chores, piling up all the dishes she used in entertaining her boyfriends that usually come over when she comes back from work. While Eve does the dishes, Ono and Ini would play around the house or most times Ono will chat with her boyfriend who lived next door. Eve had been observing them for a while now, Ono will leave off everything to go sit and listen to Seth talk while she painted her nails. Her mom didn't care much about them, she was more interested in getting her own boyfriend, even tho she was a bit too old to be looking for one.

When it's dark and the clouds chilly with stars twinkling, it is usually when humans go to sleep. Eve's bones would be weary and she would passout on her locally weaved plantain leaves mat. Lying tired in the cold store room of empty boxes with the warm company of the black cat that always roamed the house and the comfort of her bare skin in a dirty old clothes she wears for days without washing. The cat had gotten used to her, the cat faces same fate of cruelty Eve faces, and like it understands her pain, it tries keeping her company even when she haven't asked for it, she would prefer being on her own due to her being unable to trust even a cat, but the black cat that usually symbolize bad luck will insist on being around her. Being too tired to even take her bath, she sleeps with filth all over her skin. She would go days without taking her bath because she is usually awake to work before the cock crows in the morning through to the night when the stars come alive, she didn't get a break unless it was nightfall when she dozes off in tiredness, she didn't even have the energy to think most nights. 

At other nights, it would be more horror than she passed through in the day or sleeping in filth. Ono's mom will  line her up with chores from day break to sun set, and at night before Ono gets her beauty sleep, she would walk down to the store room with an empty bucket and ask her to go get water for her at the stream. Knowing it's forbidden for the villagers to go get water at the stream at night, she would go ahead and send her to go get water for her. Eve at the depth of the night with the owls crying and bats flying through the scary trees, with the cobras that go hunting for hens in their egg nests at night, Eve would walk down the valley of fear down to the stream with legends of Dangerous Mutubus and Mermaids. Most people in Sally Island that go to the stream at night never come back, it's usually said they get kidnapped by Mutubus and get transformed into one and set free to lurk the underworld for eternity or get sent on missions to lands far away. Ono wanted to know if Eve would get kidnapped, so at mid night, she sent her to go fetch water in the dreadful stream.
